Office Policies
Following your consultation you will be given an estimate for the total cost of your treatment. On the day of your treatment we request payment in full, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Our office accepts VISA, Mastercard, Debit and cash.
If you have a dental plan, we will forward this estimate to them to “predetermine” the amount of coverage you can expect towards our specialty fees. This usually takes 2-4 weeks time.
Please be aware that many, but not all procedures are covered by dental plans. As well, many plans base their reimbursement on their own fee schedule, which usually differ from our specialty fees. As a result, your” 100% coverage” may only equate to 70% of the actual fees. These factors are beyond our control. We suggest you become familiar with your plan so that you have no surprises.
If you are eligible, you can finance your treatment using “Patient Link” (a third party financing). We have credit applications available in our office. This will allow you to have some or all of the necessary dental treatment done, while you make low monthly payments with NO MONTHLY RATE.
Our office requires a full 48 hours (of our business days M-TH) notice for rescheduling or cancelling of an appointment. Failure to show to a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $150 per hr for a missed surgery and $50 per hr for a missed hygiene appointment.
