Dr. Nazanin Narani holds a postgraduate degree in Periodontics from Univeristy of British Columbia and two Masters of Science degrees from UBC and University of Toronto, Canada. She received her DDS degree in 1993 from Tehran University, Iran. She practiced general dentistry in Tehran and continued her practice in Toronto after moving to Canada in 1994. Her interest in specialty of Periodontistry brought her to do research at University of Toronto and followed her education by pursuing a three-year postgraduate degree in Periodontics at the University of British Columbia in 1997. She completed her postgraduate degree in Periodontics from the University of British Columbia in 2001.

Dr. Narani's practice specializes in periodontal plastic and reconstructive surgery, periodontal medicine, and dental implants. A recipient of numerous academic awards during her dental training, she is also a member of multiple academic and professional organizations. Dr. Narani is a Certified Specialist and is also a Fellow of Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Narani keeps close coordination with referring general dentists and dental specialists. With vast experiences in treating complex dental cases, Dr. Narani often serves as a consultant to the other dentists and receives referral from them. Dr. Narani's current professional memberships includes:
